How is the CHURCH?

Think of the last time you entered a church. Imagine yourself looking around. What do you see? What do you hear ? How is the church?

The church is not identified as a building as being its Gn. 48.4 Dt. 4.201 Peter 2: 1-2, 9, 9 called him to worship him (Deut. 10: 12), Jn 4:23; Ap.22.3. and called for a witness to the world of its reality and purpose. AT.14.17 26; 16 Ap.6.9. From Adam and Eve Gn.4.26. to the Body of Christ as knowledge today, the church of God has grown over time, just as it implants that it grows from a seed, transformed into a bud, and finally into a beautiful flower.

The Bible gives us a variety of images of the church that reveal to us what we should be and how we should act:

  • As the bride of Christ Jr.2.23-3.25: Rev. 19: 7; Seeking and purity and faithfulness to God.

  • As a building or temple 2 Co.5.1, We are a refuge and place for worship.

  • As the Body of Christ, which is the favorite metaphor of Paul Eph 1: 22-23.We are connected to Jesus and to one another, and he guides us.

  • As the family of God Os.11.1 Ps. 68.5 103.13; Gl.3.26-4.7; which is the most in the scriptures, we are adopted in the father's family, not as servants, but as estimated children.

  • Through these Pictures we can see the great promises God made to his people, the church and rejoice in them.
